Product Description:

A sucker rod is a steel rod, threaded at both ends, used in the oil industry to join together the surface and downhole components of a reciprocating piston pump installed in an oil well. The pump jack is the visible above-ground drive for the well pump, and is connected to the downhole pump at the bottom of the well by a series of interconnected sucker rods.

Sucker rod meet the requirments of API Spec 11B which mainly includes grade D and K. Grade H sucker rod is developed to suit for deep well and pcp pumps. Zhongshi alway provide the sucker rods which have the D ,K, KD , HL, HY type sucker rod.

Sucker Rod Features:

1. Grade HL and HY sucker rod: High strength; structure and size matching with grade D sucker rod; withstanding 966-1, 136 MPa (140, 000-164, 720 psi); suitable for deep and large displacement wells

2. Grade D 1 inch Oilfield hollow sucker rod for well drilling oil gas producing

3. Grade C sucker rod: Moderate strength, not susceptible to sulfide stress cracking, suitable in sour medium.
4. Grade D sucker rod: Made of quality heat treated steel alloy, with high tensile and yield strength; suitable for non-corroding or mildly corroding environment.

5. Grade K, KD sucker rod: With good corrosion resistance in H2S, CO2 and NaCl media, superior tensile strength.
