Products Descriptions:

Zhongshi always provide 3 types of API 11B sucker rods, formulated from different Grades D, K, H, and all rods are made of good alloy steel or as per clients' demand. In the manufacture process, we plant the top level crafts and advanced production equipments & detecting devices. Quality is excellent and prices are reasonable.

Features:

1. Product Standard: API Spec 11B.

2. AISI Grade: As customer required.

3. Sucker Rod Sizes(inch): 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”.

4. Sucker Rod Coupling Sizes(inch): 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/8".

5. Sucker Rod Coupling Types: T, SM, UHS (full size, slim hole, change over)

Sucker Rod Process:

1. Inspection rod bars for any demage, fault and discontinuities.

2. Rod Bars are machine straightened and cold drawn to the required size.

3. The rod bar ends are hot forged according to API designed sizes

4. The rods are then heat treated over the full length

5. Rods are cleaned by shot-blasting to remove any scale and oxidation. Rods are coated with rust inhibitors.

6. The forged ends are machined on C. N. C. Lathe machines as per API dimensions and checked with API approved gauges.

7. Packaging the sucker rods and carefully palletized the rods in bundles for safe transport and handling.
