1, Introduction to centralizer

The centralizer is a cementing tool. It is simple to manufacture, beautiful in structure, firm and durable, and has large centralizing force. It overcomes the shortcomings of the original welded centralizer, which is prone to desoldering. It is a kind of centralizer that can ensure the quality of drilling and cementing. There are many kinds of centralizers, which can be divided into roller type, sliding block type, automatic reversing type, etc. The types of centralizers produced by our company include: tubing centralizer, sucker rod centralizer, casing centralizer, special tubing centralizer, all metal sucker rod centralizer and nylon centralizer, etc. Centralizers of different structures and materials are suitable for oil wells with different types of eccentric wear. The key technology of using centralizer to prevent eccentric wear is the installation position, spacing and quantity of centralizer.

2, Use of centralizer

Due to the complexity of the oil well itself, the following problems often occur in the production process of pumping wells.

1. Eccentric wear of sucker rod: after eccentric wear of sucker rod, the production time rate of pumping well will be reduced and the production cost will be increased.

2. Low pump efficiency: the eccentric wear increases the friction force of the up stroke, increases the load of the pumping unit, increases the energy consumption, and the stroke loss is large, so the pump efficiency is low;

3. With the increase of the water content of the outlet liquid, the specific gravity of the outlet liquid increases, so that the load of the oil pump increases and the leakage increases, and the pump efficiency decreases.

3, Principle of centralizer

Centralizer is an oil production tool used in oil field pumping wells. It is a new product that can improve the pumping efficiency of oil well pumps; It adopts the automatic opening and closing structure of the slide valve, which is connected to the sucker rod. When the sucker rod travels downward, the slide valve moves upward to open the oil passage on the centralizer. When the sucker rod travels upward, the slide valve moves downward to close the oil passage on the centralizer. Thus, by lifting the liquid column in sections, the load of the sucker rod and the pump load are reduced in sections, the pump leakage is reduced, the elastic elongation deformation of the sucker rod is reduced, and the stroke loss is reduced, so as to improve the effective stroke of the oil well pump, increase the liquid filling capacity of the pump barrel, and improve the pump efficiency.
