API EUE Tubing Couplings:
Our EUE petroleum tubing couplings are designed in accordance with
API 5CT/5B standards and manufactured using high-quality seamless
steel. With an outer diameter ranging from 77.80mm to 141.30mm,
they provide a larger outer diameter compared to non-upset threaded
end products. The API external-upset-end (EUE) tubing connection is
widely utilized due to its reliable performance in most well
conditions. The EUE joint exhibits superior tensile strength and
pressure resistance compared to the pipe body itself, making it a
highly efficient connection option.
API NUE Tubing Couplings:
Designed according to API 5CT/5B specifications, our NUE tubing
couplings are made from top-grade seamless steel materials. These
couplings come with an outer diameter range
from73.02mmto132.08mm.API non-upset (NUE) tubing is less commonly
used than EUE tubing due mainly to its slightly lower cost and
reduced joint strength comparedtoEUEcoupling.Thesmaller coupling
joint diameter of NUE provides advantages when clearance is
limited.

Our manufacturing process involves the careful selection of raw
materials, mechanical testing including tensile strength
evaluation, impact testing, chemical properties control, sulfide
stress cracking tests (for material grades C90 or T95), size
tolerances control for OD, wall thickness,length,and straightness.
We also ensure precise thread control in terms of threads quantity
per inch and thread angle. Premium threads undergo even more
rigorous quality checks.
Additional steps in our production include heat treatment to
enhance the coupling's mechanical properties,
application of additional markings as required by specifications,
material certification verification,
and product specification level (PSL-2 or PSL-3) compliance.
